Suppress UAC Prompts For Specific Scripts Without Globally Disabling UAC?

I made a test in our testing enviroment, The MACT couldn't applies to script file indeed.

For your problem, have you tried to check the option called Run with highest pivilegesin Task Scheduler for test?
