Suppress UAC Prompts For Specific Scripts Without Globally Disabling UAC?

Several of our users need to run various types of bat and other types of scripts (java etc.) that need elevation to run.

I have heard of a scheduled task shortcut workaround/trick, but it doesn't seem to work in this scenario.

I think the reason it isn't working is because they are not self-contained single scripts, they are scripts that call multiple other little scripts that each do things that require elevation.

With UAC enabled, the user does not get one UAC prompt, they get dozens of prompts to click through.  This was unworkable, so UAC had to be fully disabled on their workstations.  Unfortunately, this is not a good solution since it makes the workstation more susceptible to malware.

Are there any solutions to suppress UAC prompts for a set of scripts that call other scripts that each do multiple acts that require elevation?
